What I collect
Only what you send me. If you email about a trip, I hold your name, email address, the dates and preferences you describe, and our correspondence. There is no account system and no form on this site that stores data behind the scenes.
How it's used
To answer your enquiry, plan your trip, and make bookings you've asked for. Where a booking requires it — an accommodation provider, a transfer driver, a guide — I share only the details that booking needs.
How long it's kept
Enquiry correspondence is kept while we're planning and for up to two years afterwards, so I can pick up where we left off if you travel again. You can ask for it to be deleted sooner.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are added in future, this page will be updated before that happens.
Your rights
You can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email Contact@withbartek.com and I'll respond within 30 days.
